At Equator Coffees, we want you to love every sip; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on gear and a satisfaction guarantee on our fresh-roasted beans. Please note that as a perishable food item, coffee cannot be returned once opened, but we will work with you to find a roast you enjoy.

Return Process

    Pack and Ship

    For brewing gear and merchandise, securely pack the unused items in their original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label.

    Once your return is received and inspected at our roastery, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
